- All items are in stock and ship within 1 business day unless otherwise noted.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping: Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 2-3 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received, with many orders shipping same day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

What is your return and exchange policy?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.
For exchanges (wrong size, change of mind), reach out within 30 days. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

How long does shipping take? Do you ship internationally?
- US Standard: 3-7 business days

How do I choose the right size? What if my bracelet doesn’t fit?
Most of our bracelets are adjustable or elastic and fit wrists from approximately 6″ to 8″. For fixed-size styles, measure your wrist and add ½” for comfort.

How do I care for my bracelet?
Since this is a natural, organic material, it needs a little love:
Avoid Too Much Water: Don’t wear your bracelet in the shower or pool. Natural wood can crack if it gets too wet and then dries quickly.
Wear It Often: The natural oils from your skin actually help the wood stay shiny and healthy. The more you wear it, the more beautiful the “patina” (the natural glow) becomes.
Keep It Clean: If it gets dusty, simply wipe it with a soft, dry cotton cloth.
